Featured Update #1 User Menu
The Help Icon has now been replaced with the User's initials which opens a menu
When clicking on your initials, you can now access multiple areas from a menu as well as select which icons you wish to display on your Phonebar and those you wish to access via the menu. This means the Phonebar can be very small in size if you choose to access icons from the menuโ
In addition, users can access their other Surgery Connect consoles directly from the Phonebar menu

Featured Update #2 Stat Boxes
A Stat Boxes window can be accessed via the Phonebar and displayed in an independent window
From the User Menu, you can now select the Stat Boxes you wish to see. The Stat Boxes are displayed in an independent window that can be moved and expanded/contracted as required

You no longer need to open your User Console to see your surgery's key statistics

Featured Update #3 Auto Login/Logout Process
To improve the auto login/logout process we have created a User Preferences area in Settings
From here you can choose what happens when you log in and out of your clinical system
The User Preferences Settings is where you decide whether you are logged in and out of your chosen device automatically, whether confirmation is required or whether you are going to manually log yourself in and out
โRequesting confirmation is useful if you wish to log out of your clinical system and still continue to use your phone. Requesting confirmation is recommended
โThis can also be accessed from the Settings cog icon in the Device Manager

The Phonebar will always remember the last status that the user was in and put them back in that status unless the user was logged out. In this case, the user is set to Available.

Inbound call popup has an improved appearance and contains more relevant information such as the number dialled and group selected as well as a queue time callout
โIf your system makes use of the Personalised Call Routing feature this information will also appear in the inbound popup
โPhonebar Softphone Latency Indicator The latency indicator works in much the same way as your mobile phone signal in that the more bars that appear the better your connection, the softphone will not be available if the connection is not suitable

โVoicemail Read status When you receive a new Voicemail you will see a notification on the Call History icon. Once the Voicemail has been listened to the notification will disappear. If the Call History is in the Menu the notification will appear here instead

CLI Selector
CLI Selector, you can now select the CLI you wish to use to display on outbound calls, via the Phonebar User Menu - CLI
โYou can also favourite the CLIs you use most often by clicking on the star icon, any favourites will appear at the top of the list
