Regardless of how the process is initiated, reviewing the scribed summary and codes before filing them to the record follows the same procedure
Past Telephone Consultations
If you forget to use Intellect during a telephone consultation, or want to retrospectively apply to a previous telephone consultation, you can add it afterwards via the Patient Contact History using the Surgery Connect recording
Simply navigate to the necessary Call Information, and click Add Intellect to generate the outputs

Manage your Intellect filing preferences via the Phonebar Settings Window under the Integration Tab
Medical Note: Toggle On/Off to decide if notes save to the clinical system
Codes: Toggle On/Off to manage medical code saving
