Where does the data come from?
We pull from the most critical sources to give you a 360-degree view:
Public NHS Data: Appointments, workforce, and NHS App usage
X-on Health Tech: Surgery Assist, Surgery Intellect, Omni Consultation Forms
Third-Party Integrations: Online consultation and external telephony supplier data
Dashboards are updated monthly. While telephony and digital data are updated daily, NHS-published data typically carries a one-month lag.
