The Surgery Assist tab monitors the performance of your Digital Assistant. It measures the impact of chats to show patient intent and saved calls. It also provides a detailed analysis of the AI chats and the success rate
What you can Measure
Volume & Deflection Efficiency: Track the total number of digital conversations and the "Saved Calls" percentage, representing patients who resolved their query via SMS without needing to call the surgery afterward
Multilingual Support: Monitor current translation activity through the Translated Conversations metric, which confirms how many patients are already using the tool in their preferred language
Language Type Reporting (Coming Soon): We are currently expanding our capabilities to report on the specific types of languages used, allowing you to identify the languages used in your patient population
Patient Intent & Demand: Use the Top Intents list to reveal the primary reasons for contact (e.g., Appointments or Test Results) and the Conversations by Week trend to identify long-term adoption growth
AI Performance & Outcomes: Measure the Answered % to evaluate AI effectiveness, visualising how many queries were successfully resolved versus those requiring a follow-up
Granular User Input Analysis: Review the Top AI User Inputs to see the exact phrasing and specific health concerns patients are asking about, helping you refine patient communication
Actionable Requests: Quantify specific administrative actions triggered through the tool, such as the total number of Call Backs Requested
