How to locate your test number and test your call flow using Test Overrides.

Updated over a year ago

How do I test my call flow?

Any changes you make to your call flow will be initially applied to the Test Number, so that you can check how it sounds before using the Deploy button to make the changes to the live number

Call flows can be tested fully by using the Test Overrides option to force the Calendar into a Mode (for example Holiday or Emergency) without affecting the messages heard on the current, live, inbound calls

Note: There will not be a Test Number allocated when creating a call flow for individual Users

This guide will show you how to locate your test number and how to use the Test Overrides function in X-flow, and when you are happy your call flow is correct how to Deploy it to live
