How do I delete an SMS template?
SMS messages can be sent out through the User Console, through the Clinical System and via the Phonebar.
You can edit any existing templates through the Configuration Console.
Step by step guide
Delete SMS Template
Navigate to the Configuration Console |  |
Choose Integrations from the menu on the left hand side menu |

Select the SMS Templates View |  |
It will take you to the dashboard showing all of the SMS Templates that have been created for your Surgery |  |
Find the template you would like to delete and click on the Delete button |  |
You will be asked to Confirm the deletion |  |
You will see the green success notification at the top of you screen |  |
