You can send an SMS directly through the User Console via the user shortcuts.

You can see a log of sent SMS through the Patient Overview.

You can send an SMS to a patient, using templates, NHS conditions or ad hoc SMS and file them onto their clinical record using the Phonebar

You can create standard SMS templates in the Configuration Console, for everyone to use when sending messages from the practice.

You can edit standard SMS templates in the Configuration Console, for everyone to use when sending messages from the practice.

You can delete SMS templates in the Configuration Console.

Use the SMS Overview report to see how many SMS (segments) are being sent and from where.
