How can I see what SMS are being sent?
The SMS report give you details on what SMS are being sent and by who
Step by Step Guide
Log in to Surgery Connect (sso.x-onweb.com) with your NHS email address and Surgery Connect password
Navigate to the Reports Console
Don't forget - if you are already logged into a Surgery Connect Console, you can navigate to any other console quickly by using the Menu, next to your initials
Expand the SMS Reports Menu using the arrow icon and select SMS Report
Click on the calendar to specify the date range you wish to run the report for. You can choose from pre-defined ranges, or select your own Custom Range
Once you have selected your dates, click Generate Report
The following information will then display for every SMS sent within that time period:
Date and time the message was sent
User/Group
Recipient of the message
Message content
Status
Source of SMS
To export the data as a CSV File, click Export
