How can I see the sent SMS, so I can check what I may be charged for?
The SMS overview report will show you the source of your SMS and how many messages (segments) have been sent from that source. This can be used to identify your chargeable SMS.

Log in to Surgery Connect - sso.x-onweb.com, with your NHS email address and Surgery Connect password | |
Navigate to the Reports console |  |
Don't forget - if you are already logged into a Surgery Connect console, you can navigate to any other console quickly by using the Menu, next to your initials | |
Expand the SMS Reports menu using the arrow, if you can not see the list of SMS Reports |  |
Select the SMS Overview report |

Using the calendar select your required dates for the report, then click Generate Report to run |  |
