How can I see the sent SMS, so I can check what I may be charged for?
The SMS overview report will show you the source of your SMS and how many messages (segments) have been sent from that source. This can be used to identify your chargeable SMS

Step by step guide
Log in to Surgery Connect (sso.x-onweb.com) with your NHS email address and Surgery Connect password
Navigate to the Reports Console
Don't forget - if you are already logged into a Surgery Connect Console, you can navigate to any other console quickly by using the Menu, next to your initials
Expand the SMS Reports Menu using the arrow icon and select SMS Overview
Click on the calendar to specify the date range you wish to run the report for. You can choose from pre-defined ranges, or select your own Custom Range
Once you have selected your dates, click Generate Report
The total Messages (Segments) sent from individual sources will then be displayed for the defined time period:
To export the data as a CSV File, click Export
