Integration Reports
When using the Check or Check and Cancel Appointments feature you can run detailed statistical reporting on who has used the feature and for what purpose or run an overview report
Check and Cancel Call Stats Report
The Check and Cancel Stats Report generates a detailed report of each check or check and cancel interaction using the automated service, including:
Time of call
Caller (Telephone number)
The Number of Appointments found for that caller
The number of appointments checked for that caller
The number of checked appointment SMS requested
The number of appointments cancelled by that caller

Check and Cancel Overview Report
The Check and Cancel Overview Report generates a daily higher-level report detailing:
The number of calls per day between 08:00-09:30
The number of calls per day between 09:30 - 18:00
The number of calls per day made out of hours
The total number of checked appointments per day
The total number of checked appointment SMS requested per day
The total number of cancelled appointments per day
This report splits the calls that came in during the morning rush compared with the rest of the working day; 08:00 - 09:30 and 09:30 - 18:00
