Welcome to Surgery Connect!
Once your service is created you will need to log in to get started
Open an internet browser and type in this address: sso.x-onweb.com
Click Forgot your Password? in the image on your screen
Enter your NHS email address and click Send Email
You will receive a password reset email (even though you are setting up your password for the first time)
You will need to create a suitable password that:
Has at least 12 characters
Contains at least 1 number
Contains both upper and lower case letters
Contains at least 1 special character
Cannot be found on an exposed password list
As you type your password the stipulations listed above will display a tick if the password is acceptable or a cross if it is not
Once you have done this you can download your Phonebar
Click on the Phonebar Tile on your SSO screen, this will take you to our downloadable link
NOTE: Use the Phonebar Regular Installer, and follow the setup guides located in the additional information and resources
Switching between Surgery Connect Accounts
If you have multiple User profiles across Surgery Connect accounts, you can easily switch between these by using the Service Selector feature
Click your User Initials in the top right hand corner of any of the Surgery Connect Consoles
Once selected, a window will open displaying the accounts that you have login details for
The account that you are currently logged into will have a blue tick displayed next to it. To switch to another account, simply click it
You can also change your password or Logout from this menu
