Supervisors can access and edit their users' details from within the Configuration Console.

How it works

Supervisors can access and edit their users' details from within the Configuration Console.

All of your Users will display alphabetically or you can use the search function to find a specific user.

The User list will display the Users name, call device, email and if they have additional forwarding numbers on their profile, (for example a mobile or home number).

For access to the full Users profile click on the pen edit icon.

Each tab gives Supervisors access to different areas of the User profile, so they can edit and update them as necessary.

General

  • Edit User Name

  • Edit User Email

  • Authentication Pin

  • Send email to reset password

  • Add notes

Numbers

  • Change CLI settings

  • Add additional device numbers

  • Set timings for call behaviour

Missed Calls

  • Change missed call notification

Groups

  • Select Group Membership

Wrapup

  • Edit Wrapup Settings (rest time delay after each answered call)

Voicemail

  • Edit Voicemail options including voicemail notification

Integration

  • Set integration preferences at a User level, automatic log in/out and call association
