Accessing the Configuration Console

Change some standard configurations setting for Surgery Connect

The Configuration Console gives Supervisors access to change the default settings in Surgery Connect.

Supervisors can access and edit their users' details from within the Configuration Console.

Supervisors can add additional number/s to a User Profile, so different devices can be used, for example a mobile number.

Voicemail can be configured for each User. Defaults and notifications can be changed through the Configuration Console.

A Voicemail PIN is required for a User/Group who will be accessing their messages via a phone, and to change the outgoing message.

Surgery Connect has a standard default Wrapup of 5 seconds. This can be changed for each User through the Configuration Console.

Supervisors can access and edit their users' groups from within the Configuration Console.

You can add new groups for both internal and external calls, and manage the members of the Group through the Configuration Console.

You can make a User active or inactive in a group through the Configuration Console.

Auto Step In increases Users in Groups to assist during busy periods. Set Auto Step In Users and parameters via the Configuration Console.

You can assign a priority to a User in a Group so that they will receive the Group calls above other Group Members.

The default call distribution (Longest Idle) can be changed via the Configuration Console.

The relative priority of calls for different Groups for the same Users can be changed through the Configuration Console.

You can adjust the maximum group queue length and maximum group queue time by editing your group in the Configuration Console.

Adding calendars through the Configuration Console, bank holidays, repeat events and making modes.

You can delete a calendar you have made by mistake or if it is no longer required, via the Configuration Console

If your desk phone is not available you may need to associate it to the PC.

After the initial installation of Surgery Connects Integration software, during setup of each PC, you will be asked for an App Pin.
