How do I make a User active/inactive in a group?

The best way to make a User active or inactive in a Group it through their User Profile in the User Console (Supervisors). Please see our guide on Group Management in the User Console. Users can manage their own Groups through the their User Profile.

You can also make a User active or inactive in a Group through the Configuration Console.

Step by step guide

Making a Group Member Active

Navigate to the Configuration Console
Select the Groups from the menu on the left hand side
You can use the search box to find the Group you want to amend
Click the pen icon on the required Group to edit the settings
Click on the Members tab You will see two lists Members will show you who you have in the Group and whether they are currently active
Choose the User you would like to make Active and toggle their status on
Click Save

Making a Group Member Inactive

Navigate to the Configuration Console
Select the Groups from the menu on the left hand side
You can use the search box to find the Group you want to amend
Click the pen icon on the required Group to edit the settings
Click on the Members tab You will see two lists Members will show you who you have in the Group and whether they are currently active
Choose the User you would like to make inactive and toggle their status off
Click Save
