The Management Report is a useful overview of how Surgery Connect is working for you. Supervisors can add recipients to receive this.

How do I receive the Management Report?

The Management Report is a useful overview of how Surgery Connect is working for you. This is sent out monthly to the recipient agreed before Go Live.

As time progresses you may want to add additional recipients, or remove recipients if people leave.

Step by step guide

Log in to Surgery Connect - sso.x-onweb.com - with your NHS email address and Surgery Connect password

Select the Configuration Console

Supervisors can use the Configuration Console to change the standard configuration of Groups, Extensions, Voicemail, edit Users, Calendars and the Directory and much more

Don't forget - if you are already logged into a Surgery Connect console, you can navigate to any other console quickly by using the Menu, next to your initials

To the left of the Configuration Console you will see the menu

This gives you access to the configurable aspects of Surgery Connect and other useful information

Select Global Settings

Scroll down to the Management Report Settings

Clicking into the recipient box will allow you to add a new recipient

Type the designed email address into the box

Click Save
