Configuration Console - Extensions Overview

Supervisors can access and edit their extensions (desk phones) from within the Configuration Console.

How it works

You can manage all of your extensions (desk phones) from within the Configuration Console.

From within the extension area supervisors can; name the desk phone i.e. by its location (Staff Room), see the MAC address, manage notifications, customise button functionality, manage ringtones, manage group priority and manage group members.

Extensions Overview

When you access the list of Extensions you will see this:

You can scroll to find the extension or use the search.

Each extension view will show you the id number of the phone, its IP address, the model of phone and if it is assigned to a group or users.

By clicking on the pencil icon you will get access to edit the extension.
