User Voicemail PIN

A Voicemail PIN is required for a User/Group who will be accessing their messages via a phone, and to change the outgoing message.

How do I find the Voicemail PIN?

If you set up Voicemail for a User or a Group, any message left can be listened to either via the desk phone, or via the Single Sign On. If accessing the messages on the desk phone, or you want to change the standard outgoing message, you will need the PIN.

Step by step guide

Accessing Users

  1. Log in to Surgery Connect - sso.x-onweb.com - with your NHS email address and Surgery Connect password

  2. Select the Configuration Console

  3. Select Users from the menu on the left hand side

  4. Once you have navigated to the Users area the User table will display


Finding your User

  1. Use the Name Search box to search for the User


Identifying the User's Voicemail Pin

To find the Users Voicemail Pin (Authentication Pin) you will need to Edit the user

  1. Click the pen icon on the required User to view and edit the profile

  2. The Editing Users window will open on the General tab

  3. The Users Voicemail Pin is the Authentication PIN
