How do I change a User Wrapup?
A Wrapup is a 5 second delay, automatically configured, to give a small break between being available for calls.
Best Practice is a 5 second wrapup as this gives the User enough time to change their status or dial out without slowing call down.
This can be changed for each User through the Configuration Console. Its is not recommended that you shorten this delay, but you can extend it.
Step by step guide
Navigate to the Configuration Console |  |
Select the Users from the menu on the left hand side | |
You can use the search box to find the User you want to amend | |
Click the pen icon on the required User to view and edit the profile
This will open up all of the standard configurations you can change for that specific user |  |
Select the Wrapup tab | |
Change the Wrapup delay time as required |  |
Click Save |  |
