How do I add single Directory Contacts?
The Directory in your User Console will display all of the internal (User/Group) numbers and your External numbers.
Contacts can be added individually or in bulk through the Configuration Console. You can also search, delete and edit external numbers already in your Central Directory.
All Users can add new numbers to the Central Directory through the Call List on the User Console. Please see our guide Adding a contact to the Central Directory in the User Console.
Step by step guide
Navigate to the Configuration Console | |
Select Directory from the menu on the left hand side | |
Select Add New Contact | |
A New Contact window will open | |
Enter the contact details | |
Click Save | |
You will be returned to the main Contacts directory screen and the notification below will show | |
The new contact will now have its own contact profile which you can search for, edit and delete
The contact will also be visible to every User via the Central Directory in the User Console, where you can use the Click to Call technology |
