Upgrading the Phonebar

How to upgrade your Phonebar to the latest version

Open Settings from the User Menu

Select About from the left hand menu

Click CHECK FOR UPDATES

You will receive a notification to confirm the upgrade is in process

The Application Updates popup will display

If you don’t see popup check the icon in your taskbar, the icon will pulse orange, if you hover your mouse over it you will see the pop up

Choose Restart to update now

or Later, if you click Later it will update either when the application is closed or EMIS Web is locked

Please note: Clicking Restart only restarts the Phonebar, not your entire PC

If an error message displays when attempted to upgrade your Phonebar stating that you do not have permission to do so, you will need to check with your IT Administrator to upgrade. Alternatively, the latest Phonebar version is available to download from the SSO
