Featured Update - Communications Window
The Communications Window can be accessed via the Phonebar to request and receive photos and access personal and group voicemails
Within this window, Photos Requested and Photos Received are split into separate tabs, allowing for easy management of Patient information. The window will also display Patient details, along with details of the request that initiated the response, and the date and time of each request and response
When active on the Phonebar, this displays next to the Call History Icon, and notifications are shown to advise when a request has been actioned and a photo has been received
Please note: Photo Requests made from the Phonebar are free of charge
