The idea of an on screen directory is to eliminate the need to have a paper list which can become out of date
However, we do recognise that sometimes you need a list of your internal numbers, for example if everyone is given a new contact number as a result of a new phone system.
Step by step guide
Accessing Users
Log in to Surgery Connect (sso.x-onweb.com) with your NHS email address and Surgery Connect password
Navigate to the Service Delivery Console
Click on the Users tab
When you access the list of Users you will see this table
Printable Directory
Click on the Export Users button
The Export Users window will open
To export a full list of your Users click the Export button
A CSV file will download onto your PC
Click on the download to open it
You can sort the columns and data by alphabetical or numerical values as required, as well a general formatting
Save and print your User Short Dial list
