I can't change from Disconnect Status?
The Phonebar may show as being in a disconnect state even though EMIS is open.
If this happens, first, make sure you are connected to EMIS. Log out and log back in if necessary.
If you are connected to EMIS and the Phonebar is still in the Disconnected state please follow the steps below.
Step by step guide
Right click on the Surgery Connect icon in your toolbar
Exit surgery connect. The icon will disappear from your toolbar and the Phonebar will no longer be visible
Re-launch Surgery Connect either from the application on screen
or from search
Your Phonebar will display again and the disconnect issue should be resolved
