I can't change from Disconnect Status?

The Phonebar may show as being in a disconnect state even though EMIS Web is open

If this happens, first, make sure you are connected to EMIS Web. Log out and log back in if necessary

If you are connected to EMIS Web and the Phonebar is still in the Disconnected state please follow the steps below

Step by step guide

Right click on the Surgery Connect icon in your toolbar

Exit surgery connect. The icon will disappear from your toolbar and the Phonebar will no longer be visible

Re-launch Surgery Connect either from the application on screen

or from search

Your Phonebar will display again and the disconnect issue should be resolved
