Call Queue Widgets is now available in your Digital Assistant, choose to display the number of live Callers in Queue or the Current Longest Wait and provide an extra layer of transparency to your patients

Patients can see the status of your surgery, if the lines are busy it may guide them to self-serve or call back later, reducing the demand on your phone lines

Our Recommend Sizing:

  • Callers in Queue:

    Font Size 24

    Icon Size 26

  • Current Longest Wait:

    Font Size 24 (any larger than 26 and it may distort on mobile view)

    Icon Size 26


Implementing Website Widget

Select Copy Code and send to your dedicated Customer Success Advisor to implement into your Digital Assistant

Note: If the Widget appears distorted on mobile view, clear your cookies and the view will restore
