Please note: Check and Cancel for SystmOne is still in pilot. The links to download the Gateway Application have been removed from this guide while the pilot is ongoing.
Due to the integration requirements of TPP all third-party solutions, such as Surgery Connect, must connect to a physical computer running at the site. This computer is referred to as the "Gateway PC" by TPP, and must be switched on and logged into SystmOne so that services are able to sync data
This will need to be downloaded by all SystmOne sites wishing to use:
Check and Cancel
Omni Consultation Forms
You should already have a Gateway PC at your site. If you have any question or concerns accessing this, the IT contact for your site should be able to assist you
The Gateway Application will only need to be downloaded and setup once on this PC
Please note: if you have multiple Users logging in on your Gateway PC the Gateway Application will need to be downloaded for each one in order for the connection to remain in place
If a User logs into this PC and they have not downloaded the application, the connection will be lost and features such as Check & Cancel will stop working
