Hang Up

A Hang Up block will be at the end of the call flow and will disconnect the call

Hang Up blocks are automatically included when adding a Prompt block to end the call after the message is played

These can be deleted if necessary to allow other actions instead

This guide will take you through everything you need to know about the Hang up block and how to manage it:

Step by step guide

Adding a Hang up Block

  1. Drag and drop the Hang up icon onto your workspace

  2. Double click on the Hang up block to view its properties

NOTE: There are no properties you can customise with the Hang up block

Save and Deploy

Once you are happy with the changes you have made to your call flow you can deploy it

  1. At the top of your call flow you will now see the undeployed version warning

  2. If you are happy with your call flow - Deploy your call flow to make it live

#xflow. #hangup
