Your main calendar controls your main call flow, but you may need to add new calendars for different departments or Groups.

How do I create/add a new calendar?

Calendars allow you to control the opening times for all your surgery's phone numbers. The Main Calendar will control the opening times of your main practice number(s) and you can create additional calendars to limit opening times for calls into specific Groups.

You can create additional calendars to control other number into your Surgery, for example if you a have a sperate prescriptions number.

Step by step guide

  1. Navigate to the Calendars list in the Service Delivery Console

  2. Click the Add New Calendar button

  3. Complete the required information in the pop up window

    Note: The calendar Name is required, you can change the Opening Times later if required

  4. Use the drop down to set the Opening Times for the calendar

    If the opening times are different throughout the week you can customise them in the Advanced Calendar Settings once the calendar has been created

  5. Click Save Calendar to create the calendar

  6. The changes will be saved automatically and you will see the green Success or a red Error message at the top of the screen

    Any issues will be detailed in the Error pop ups

  7. Cancel will close the window without making any changes

  8. Once you have created your calendar you can edit and access the Advanced Calendar Settings from here
