What can SMS Reports tell me?
The ability to send SMS is available throughout the Surgery Connect system, these can be sent by Users manually or are automatically sent by the system in certain scenarios.
The SMS Reports help you identify how you are using your SMS feature.
SMS Overview Report
The SMS overview report will show you the source of your SMS and how many messages (segments) have been sent from that source. This can be used to identify your chargeable SMS.

SMS Report
The SMS report details each individual SMS, when it was sent, who sent it, the contents of the message and delivery status.
