Service Delivery Console - Numbers Overview

Internal and external numbers are listed here. Each number needs a call flow, with prompts and actions the system takes the caller through.

How it works

You can manage all of your numbers. Each external (inbound) number will need an associated call flow.

Inbound numbers are used for your main lines in to the Surgery, Direct Dial numbers or group numbers.

The short dial numbers for are internal use and are to be added to specific users or groups.

Numbers Overview

When you access the list of Numbers you will see this table:

Here you can Add New Call Flow, Search your number by name, filter your numbers and get quick access to the call flow assigned to that number, to make call flow changes.

At the top left of the table you will see a notification telling you how many call flows have been created and how many of your external numbers have been 'set up' (assigned to a call flow and made live).

To the right hand side of the table you will see the Add New Call Flow Button and the Search bar.
