Broadcast Device Paging

We offer a Broadcast Device Paging system which will allow a call to target multiple handsets in a group and mute any call that is currently in progress

NOTE: This is NOT a panic button or lone worker feature

It has been designed as a broadcast feature to share information with a group of people

For example it can be configured to message all handsets or specified handsets in certain locations

Using the paging feature targets multiple handsets at once, so places all live calls on hold, therefore it should not be used as a general tannoy system

The ability to set up and use Broadcast Device Paging from the Configuration Console is available on request, and is not a standard feature

Please raise a Support Ticket to have this permission added to your Supervisor role

This feature is only available to those that are using Yealink Devices configured via X-on’s Provisioning Server
