The Phonebar Service Control Window allows you to view current call statistics and manage your Calendars
Stat Boxes
Click on the Stat Boxes tab to view the current call statistics
To configure which Stat Boxes are displayed in this window, navigate to the Phonebar Settings Stat Boxes Tab
Toggle each stat to On or Off, depending on whether you want to view this
You can also choose whether the Stat Box Window opens automatically when the Phonebar is launched
Calendars
To view and manage your calendars, navigate to the Service Control Window Calendars Tab
From here, your Calendars are displayed. The current calendar event (e.g Open or Closed) are shown
To manually override the calendar mode, click the arrow for the relevant calendar and select a mode from the dropdown list. The current mode will have a tick displayed next to it
Once you have selected the new calendar mode, a popup window will open and you can choose how long to set the override for:
Permanent: this will change the calendar mode permanently (until this is manually changed back)
Until Next Event: this will change the calendar mode until the next calendar event (e.g. lunch or closed)
Once you have selected either option, the window will close and the calendar will show an icon next to it, to indicate that an override is in place
To cancel the override mode, simply click the override warning icon
To view the calendar in the Configuration Console, click the View Calendar button
Please note: only Users with Supervisor access will be able to override calendars. Standard Users will still be able to view the Calendars, but the drop down to select overrides is greyed out and inaccessible
