The Phonebar brings powerful communication tools to your desktop. There are several ways you can make a call

Voice Calls

You can make a video call when calling a mobile number (smartphone) via the Phonebar when device is set to softphone.

You can send an SMS to a patient, using templates, NHS conditions or bespoke SMS and file them onto their clinical record using the Phonebar

You can send a photo request to a patient, receive photos, view and file them to their clinical record using the Phonebar

Appointments allows clinical staff to view their appointment lists and contact the patients directly

Active Patient offers you single click communication options with the patient you have open in your clinical system.

The Phonebar allows access for all telephony functionality to be controlled from the PC screen, depending on your selected call device.

Contact History is used to access your patient contact and file them to their clinical record and Call History is personal contact history
