The Phonebar brings powerful communication tools to your desktop. There are several ways you can make a call

Voice Calls

You can make a video call when calling a mobile number (smartphone) via the Phonebar when device is set to softphone.

Video Calls

You can send an SMS to a patient, using templates, NHS conditions or bespoke SMS and file them onto their clinical record using the Phonebar

SMS Messages

The Communications window gives visibility of Voicemails, photo requests sent and photos received

Appointments allows clinical staff to view their appointment lists and contact the patients directly
