Withholding your Number

If the practice number is shown on an outbound call, you can withhold the number by dialling 141 and the number to be called straight after

This will withhold the number for that call only

If you wish to withhold your number on every outbound call, a Supervisor can change this in the Service Delivery Console for each individual User, by changing the CLI

  1. Navigate to the User list in the Service Delivery Console

  2. You can search for your new generic user or scroll through the User list

  3. Click the blue Edit button in the row of the User you want to change

  4. The Edit User window will open

  5. Click on the Advanced Settings tab. A CLI is the number displayed to the recipient when making outbound calls

  6. Select Withheld from the dropdown

  7. Click the Save User button to save the changes, or the grey cancel button to stop editing the user

You will see a green Success, a red Error or a yellow Warning message at the top of the screen

Any issues will be detailed in the Warning or Error pop ups

Correct any errors in the User table and click the tick to save
