How it works
The Surgery Connect User Console can be used to view your live calls (supervisors and clinicians) and archived calls, manage your groups and devices, and call your internal and external contacts.
With the ability to use click to call technology and access to your softphone for on screen calls and video calls.
Calendar Mode - Quick view of the current calendar mode
User Shortcuts - Shortcuts to the dial pad, SMS, Surgery Connect menu and User settings
Call List - View of current or archived calls (re-sets at midnight)
Directory - Internal and external directory
Stat boxes - Call statistics, reset at midnight
Softphone - Instant access to the softphone
