Your directory, softphone, college status, live view of calls, stat boxes and quick calendar view

User Console

The User Console is an online tool allowing you to see a real-time view of the calls into your service and the status of your colleagues.

What is the User Console? An Introduction

The call list will show you your completed calls. Supervisors will see a live view of all calls for the Surgery.

All calls are recorded and are kept for three years. These recordings can be accessed through the Call List in the User Console
