User Console

The User Console is an online tool allowing you to see a real-time view of the calls into your service and the status of your colleagues.

The call list will show you your completed calls. Supervisors will see a live view of all calls for the Surgery.

User Console - User Profile

All calls are recorded and are kept for three years. These recordings can be accessed through the Call List in the User Console.

When a call is complete it will show in the Surgery Connect call list in white. It will show the Play Recording Icon.

All call recordings are stored for up to three years. You can search for these recordings (over 24 hours old), in the Archived Calls view.
