How do I change my calendar Mode?

Depending on how you have set up your User Console you can view your Calendar Modes.

Your calendar mode directs the calls into your surgery depending on the time/date. You can quickly change your calendar mode via the User Console (Supervisors only).

You may want to turn on a different calendar mode for a brief period, rather than changing your calendar through the Configuration Console, for example, turning on the Emergency mode.

Supervisors can access the calendars through the View Calendar button, which will take them to the Configuration Console, or they can quickly change the calendar mode via the Turn off auto button.

To add the calendar view to the User Console, see our guide Calendar View Settings.

Step by step guide

Change your calendar mode

  1. With your User Console open, click onto the calendar you would like to change
