How do I see my calendar mode?
You can display a view of your surgery calendars at the top of your User Console
This can be a useful visual spot check, to make sure you calendar/s - which control your call flow/s, is running in the modes you expect it to be in
If you choose to display your calendars, they will show at the top left of your User Console
Note: Supervisors also get quick access to the calendars through the Calendar Mode Display
Step by step guide
Navigate to your User Console Settings via the Menu
Select the Calendars tab
You can toggle calendars on and off, and choose to display more than one, if you have several calendars set up
As a User you will see the calendar name and current mode i.e. open, closed, training, emergency etc
As a Supervisor you can use the Calendar as a button to switch to pre-set modes, for example in an emergency situation
