The User Console has a standard view, which can be personalised so you can get the most out it, via your settings.

You can set your screen size, change your layout style, theme and icons, and many more settings.

Your on screen dialer can also be your softphone, you can change where it displays on your User Console.

The Calendar Mode Icon can be added to your User Console. This gives you a quick view of the calendar/s controlling your call flow.

Stat boxes give you a live call view in a similar way to a wall board. They can display at the bottom of your User Console.

Here you can set your session idle timeout, and several display views, to suit the information you want to have at your fingertips.
