Accessing your settings

You can set your screen size, change your layout style, theme and icons, and many more settings.

Changing the User Console Appearance

Your on screen dialler can also be your softphone, you can change where it displays on your User Console

The Calendar Mode Icon can be added to your User Console. This gives you a quick view of the calendar/s controlling your call flow

Calendar View Settings

Stat boxes give you a live call view in a similar way to a wall board. They can display at the bottom of your User Console.
