How do I move my softphone?

Your on screen dialler can be made into a device to make and receive calls, called the softphone.

The softphone is your on screen phone. You can use the softphone in the surgery through a PC or laptop, or when working remotely or for video calls.

You can re-position where your softphone displays on the User Console.

Step by step guide

Navigate to you User Console Settings via the menu

Select the Softphone tab

Here you can turn off your softphone, change the position of your softphone on the screen, or set your softphone to Free mode

To set your softphone into free mode, toggle the button on

Free Mode allows you to move the softphone to anywhere on your screen, and you can re-size the softphone screen, which can be useful for video calling

To move the softphone, once in free mode, click and hold the arrow icon, until you are happy with the placement

The default position of the softphone is the bottom right corner of your screen

To move the softphone to a different default area of your screen, click in the blank circle on the table. Once green, this is where your softphone will be located
