How do I access my settings?
In your settings, you can change your screen view and appearance, turn additional views on or off and move your softphone
You access your settings through the menu on the User Console

To the left of your initials you will see three lines, this is your menu
Expand the menu and select Settings
In the settings area you can change the appearance, customise stat boxes, move your softphone and various other useful tweaks to optimise the User Console for you
