What is the User Console? An Introduction

The User Console is an online tool allowing you to see a real-time view of the calls into your service and the status of your colleagues.

How it Works

Password protected, what each staff member sees on their own version of the Surgery Connect Console is controlled by different levels of access.

The console is customisable, so you can view what is most important to you as a user.

All Users will be able to:

  • Use the internal and central directory (including click to call technology).

  • View their completed calls in the call list.

  • See who is available for calls via the internal directory.

  • Listen to their own call recordings.

  • View the Calendar Mode.

  • View the Stat Boxes.

  • Change their User State (Available/Do not disturb/Outbound calls/Logged Out).

  • Manage their own Groups.

  • Choose their call device.

  • Use the Softphone with video calling.

  • Send SMS messages.

  • Export Call recordings.

In addition Supervisors can:

  • View all calls in and out of the Surgery.

  • Listen to, export and delete anyone's call recordings.

  • Access the calendar to change mode quickly.

  • Change any Users State/Device or Groups.
