User Call State

The User Call State is visible via the internal directory in the User Console, so that everyone can see who is available to take calls.

Can other Users see if I'm on a call?

Your User Call State is visible via the internal directory, each state has a different colour, so that anyone logged in (and Surgery Connect Itself), can see if you are available to take calls.

To work out if a User is available for a call, check the colour of their initials in the directory of the User Console.

Wrap-up

Wrap-up is the pause between a call finishing and the user becoming available for the next call

This is set to 5 seconds

To change the Wrap-up delay, please see our User Wrap-up guide

Suspect

Deskphone Suspect

Suspect is an error code that tells us that the SIPUA (the number attached to the handset) is having issues communicating with the network

So even though the handset may be registered correctly, it is not communicating properly with the router on site

Softphone Suspect

When using the softphone a user’s initials might appear in red - suspect

What this means is the user has logged into the softphone but closed the browser

In this state they will miss calls, they will still be targeted with calls but will not hear or see those calls coming in
