You can change your call device, status and manage your group calls, by accessing your User Profile through the User Console.

Accessing the User Profile

The User Profile is where you can change your call device, change your User Status and manage your groups.

You can change which device you are using to make and receive surgery calls through the User Profile.

You can manually manage which groups you are receiving calls from in your User Profile.

The User Status is visible via the internal directory in the User Console, so that everyone can see who is available to take calls.

The User Call State is visible via the internal directory in the User Console, so that everyone can see who is available to take calls

Users will be automatically logged out when their softphone cannot be targeted
