What is the User Profile? An Introduction

The User Profile is where you can change your call device, change your User Status and manage your groups

How it works

Your User Profile is how you interact with your Surgery Connect Phone system. You can change your call device, status and manage your group calls

  • User Name - Your name

  • User Shortdial - Internal short dial number. This can also be set up as a direct dial number

  • Device Name/Number - Desk phone and softphone as standard devices. Alternative devices (home/mobile number) can be set up by your supervisor upon request

  • User Status - Access to change your User Status when not using integration, or putting yourself into outbound calls (which is not available through the desk phone)

  • User Call groups - Availability access to the groups you are a member of

Accessing the User Profile

Navigate to the User Console and log in with your Surgery Connect login details

Click on the User Attributes Icon in the top right hand corner

The User Profile Window will open
