Stat Boxes - Introduction

For those of you who are interested in live statistics, the stat boxes work like a wallboard and can be viewed through your User Console.

What are Stat Boxes?

The Stat Box view can be turned on or off in your User Console. You can view every statistic available or just the ones you are most interested in, or none at all!

Available Users

Number of users currently logged in and available to take calls

Ringing Now

Number of calls calling Users now

Queued Now

Number of calls currently queuing

Current Longest Q

Longest time of current queuing call at the front of the queue

Inbound Today

Total number of inbound calls today

Answered Today

Total number of calls answered today

Missed Today

Total number of calls missed today

Missed calls are when the caller has 'given up' queueing and put the phone down, after selecting a menu option

Abandoned Today

Total number of abandoned calls today

Abandoned calls are when the caller has put the phone down without selecting any option from the menu

Outbound Today

Total number of outbound calls made today

Average Talk Time

Average time spent on calls

Q under 1 min

Number of callers currently queuing under 1 min

Q 1 min - 5 min

Number of callers currently queuing between 1-5 mins

Q 5 - 10 min

Number of callers currently queuing between 5-10 mins

Q over 10 min

Number of callers currently queuing for over 10 mins

Avg Q last hour

Average queue length in the last hour

Q Callback Now

Number of Patient Callbacks queuing

Longest Q Callback

Patient Callback longest time in the call queue

Stat boxes are either a live figure (i.e. Ringing Now/Current Longest Q), an average (e.g. Avq Q last hour/Average Talk Time) or a daily count, which resets at midnight (e.g. Answered Today/Missed Today). They reflect the calls for the whole surgery, not the individual queues.

Note: On a multi site system, all sites will be shown as one.
