All calls are recorded and are kept for three years. These recordings can be accessed through the Call List in the User Console.

How it works

The User Console is an online tool allowing you to see a real time view of the calls into your service and the status of your colleagues, it also give to access to the call recordings.

All calls through Surgery Connect are recorded and are kept for three years.

Call Recording Permissions

Supervisor - Has access to all call recording across the Surgery. Supervisors can listen to, download and delete call recordings.

Clinicians - Can listen to and download their own call recordings, and can listen to any call recording associated with their clinical system via Surgery Connect. (Please see our guides on Clinical Integration.)

Users - Can listen to and download their own call recordings only.
