How do I find the User Profile?

Your User Profile is how you interact with your Surgery Connect Phone system. You can change your call device, status and manage your group calls.

You access the User Profile through the User Console.

Step by step guide

Log in to Surgery Connect - sso.x-onweb.com, with your NHS email address and Surgery Connect password

Navigate to the User Console

Don't forget - if you are already logged into a Surgery Connect console, you can navigate to any other console quickly by using the Menu, next to your initials

Once you are in the User Console, click on your initials to access your User Profile
