Reports Terminology

From time to time you may be asked to provide details on your Service by the NHS.

NHS Service Questions

Use Reports to assess you busy periods and help adjust your staffing levels, or change how you manage your call groups.

Staffing Levels/Peak Periods

All of your management reports are stored in the Reports portal, and you can add new recipients to the reports distribution list.
