Access Archived Management Reports

All of your management reports are stored in the Reports portal, and you can add new recipients to the reports distribution list.

Management Reports are sent our monthly to specific agreed surgery contacts. Other recipient can be added to this list, see our guide on Adding recipients to the monthly management report distribution list.

As a Supervisor you can also access the Management Report Archive through the Reports Portal.

How do I find old Management Reports?

Step by step guide

  1. Log in to Surgery Connect - sso.x-onweb.com - with you NHS email address and Surgery Connect password

  2. To generate a report or view the archives Management Reports go to Reports

  3. Select Management Reports from the menu on the left hand side

  4. Select View Archive

  5. Your previous reports will be listed

  6. Either click Preview to look at a report on the screen or select PDF to download it to your PC


How do I receive the Management Report?

The Management Report is a useful overview of how Surgery Connect is working for you. This is sent out monthly to the recipient agreed before Go Live.

As time progresses you may want to add additional recipients, or remove recipients if people leave.

Step by step guide

  1. Log in to Surgery Connect - sso.x-onweb.com - with your NHS email address and Surgery Connect password

  2. Select the Configuration Console

    Supervisors can use the Configuration Console to change the standard configuration of Groups, Extensions, Voicemail, edit Users, Calendars and the Directory and much more

  3. Don't forget - if you are already logged into a Surgery Connect console, you can navigate to any other console quickly by using the Menu, next to your initials

  4. To the left of the Configuration Console you will see the menu

    This gives you access to the configurable aspects of Surgery Connect and other useful information

    Select Global Settings

  5. Scroll down to the Management Report Settings

    Click into the recipient box and a list of users will popup

    Select the name or names from the list or type a few letters to narrow down the list, and select the name

  6. Click Save
