Additional Request Forms for Omni Consultation Customers
We have introduced new Admin and Prescription forms to our Omni Consultation forms feature, introducing a more streamlined structure for specific patient requests across the Voice Agent and Web Form and ensuring a more direct way to capture essential information
The Prescription form allows patient to list their medication names and dosages in the first field, and provides them with the opportunity to submit any additional information if required
The Admin form provides a simplified single option form that asks patients to briefly describe their administrative query

Surgery Intellect, powered by TORTUS, Meeting Mode
Surgery Intellect Meeting Mode allows you to record, transcribe and summarise your general workplace meetings
This feature is purpose built for non-clinical use cases, making it ideal for use in practice meetings, team huddles, or administrative catch ups
Meeting Mode is located alongside consultations and dictations once Surgery Intellect is launched
Once your meeting has been captured, your notes are produced for you. The custom template functionality allows you to create templates tailored to your specific needs, helping to reduce manual manipulation of notes and saving admin time

Surgery Intellect, powered by TORTUS, custom Letter Templates
Once a consultation has been completed via Surgery Intellect and the transcript has been generated, you can now view and create your own Letter Templates by clicking the settings cog in the Letter section
From the template editor screen, you have flexibility over the letter's structure. You can customise section headings, configure precise prompt instructions, and adjust style preferences like changing a section to concise or adding bullet points

Phonebar Notifications
We have introduced notifications to the Phonebar, in order to improve the communications we provide for Phonebar Users. These notifications will be controlled by Surgery Connect to provide our Users with relevant information regarding Phonebar upgrades, system outage and end of life products
These can also be viewed via the About section of the Phonebar Settings Window
