We have added a Voicemail area within the newly released Communications Window
From here, both User and Group Voicemails are stored in separate tabs, allowing for easy access and management of messages

Post Call Popup
This offers the option to file the call to the patient record in EMIS and update the contact numbers in SystmOne, once the patient has been identified by the User
EMIS
If the Patient is identified and Quick File is enabled the option to file will be displayed in the post call popup
If the Patient has not been positively identified, their record will need to be opened manually. The number can then be copied and pasted into the Patient record to update it
SystmOne
If the Patient is positively identified there will be no post call popup, as you cannot currently file to record and there is no new number to add to the Patient's record
If the Patient has not been positively identified their record will need to be opened manually. Once the record has been opened, The popup will offer the active Patient's name, and the telephone number can be updated

Better Messaging When Offering Device Logout
When your Auto Logout is set to Requires Confirmation and your Clinical Integration times out, the following message is displayed to confirm whether you wish to deactivate your device
