Filing Surgery Intellect to the Patient Record
We are pleased to confirm that we have had the necessary approval to facilitate the filing of Surgery Intellect, powered by TORTUS, to the Patient Record
To dictate which data is saved to the Clinical Record, navigate to the Phonebar Settings Integration Tab

Silent Monitoring
You can now listen in on an active call via the Phonebar using Silent Monitoring. This can be used for training new members of staff, getting additional input when required or just to listen to known difficult callers
How you silent monitor calls will be dependant on your User Permissions. Supervisors will be able to Silent Monitor any active call without notifying either participant, but Standard Users will need to be invited before they can do this via a new icon on the Phonebar

Calendar Overrides
The Stat Box Window has now been renamed to the Service Control Window, and a new Calendar tab has been introduced to allow for easier management of Calendar Modes within the Phonebar
From here you can view your active Calendars, and override the current calendar event if required
Please note: only Supervisor Users are able to override Calendars. For more information, see our Service Control Window Help Guide here
Omni Consultation Forms Enhancements
We have made a series of enhancements to our Omni Consultations Forms feature to improve the way requests are displayed and filtered
Omni Consultations Forms allow patients to submit medical requests directly to your practice. This information is then compiled into responses within the Communications Window Forms tab, allowing your staff to easily manage the triage workflow
The Consultation Form data is gathered through the following:
Voice Agent built into the call flow
Web Form
Manual entry by staff
All new Online Consultation Form requests are displayed in the Communications Window Forms tab, ready for your staff to assess, set priority/severity, assign to colleagues and add comments. Once a response has been triaged, SNOMED Codes can then be assigned to each item. These responses can also be saved directly to the Clinical Record
