Surgery Intellect Enhancements

Surgery Intellect, powered by TORTUS, is a voice-enabled AI assistant that uses ambient voice technology (AVT) to listen, transcribe and code consultations in real time via the Phonebar

You can now sign up for a FREE, three-month trial of our voice-enabled assistant. Click here to register and see how it can transform your patient conversations and save minutes per consultation

All Audio Processing

Surgery Intellect can be added to all calls, not just outbound - allowing you to capture even more information and save more time per interaction

Surgery Intellect in the Non-Integrated Phonebar

Surgery Intellect is now also available in the Non-Integrated Phonebar and can be used without integration with the clinical system

If you're using this Phonebar, you can now launch Intellect for all calls, as well as complete Face-to-face Consultations and Dictations

Filing Surgery Intellect to the Patient Record

We're now working through the final sign off to allow us to offer the filing of Surgery Intellect content to the Patient Record

Self Appointment Booking

The Self Appointment Booking Links can be sent to patients via SMS to allow them to book, check and reschedule their Appointments. These can be sent either individually via the SMS Window, or in bulk via the Bookings Tab in the Appointments Window

Omni Consultation Forms

Omni Consultations Forms allow patients to submit medical requests directly to your practice. This information is then compiled into responses within the Communications Window Forms tab, allowing your staff to easily manage the triage workflow

The Consultation Form data is gathered through the following:

  • Voice Agent built into the call flow

  • Web Form

  • Manual entry by staff

All new Online Consultation Form requests are displayed in the Communications Window Forms tab, ready for your staff to assess, set priority/severity, assign to colleagues and add comments. Once a response has been triaged, SNOMED Codes can then be assigned to each item. These responses can also be saved directly to the Clinical Record
